AECI - Dell Power Plant Comment Period

The AECI - Dell Power Plant has requested a permit from the Arkansas Division of Environmental Quality. As such, there is a written public comment period regarding the draft decision to issue the permit. This period will begin the day the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette publishes a notice about it, and expire at 4:30 p.m. Central Time on the thirtieth (30th) calendar day after publication of said notice.
